The dry and uplifting St James’s Spritz is an ideal aperitivo. Pair it with some salty nuts and hard cheeses to be instantly transported to the Mediterranean.

  • 35ml No. 3 London Dry Gin

  • 15ml Elderflower Cordial

  • 125ml Crémant

  • 1 Rosemary Sprig

  • 1 Pink Grapefruit

Fill your large wine glass with ice, add your ingredients, stir gently and top with a little more crémant. Then garnish with a pink grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.

A velvety and sour Clover Club takes advantage of British raspberry season and adds a vibrant pop of colour to any table setting.

  • 45ml No. 3 London Dry Gin

  • 15ml Dry Vermouth

  • 20ml Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

  • 25ml Egg White

  • 4 Fresh Raspberries

Shake all ingredients without ice, add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupette glass. Then garnish with fresh raspberries.

  • 30ml No. 3 London Dry Gin

  • 15ml Lemon Juice

  • 10ml Sugar Syrup

  • 75ml Champagne

  • 1 Lemon

Shake the first 3 ingredients over ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

  • 50ml No. 3 London Dry Gin

  • 15ml Mancino Bianco Vermouth

  • 5 Dashes of D.O.M Benedictine

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • 20ml Sugar Syrup

  • 1 Lime

  • 100ml Soda Water

Shake all ingredients except for soda water over ice and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a lime wheel.
