Martini Ingredients
60ml / 2oz No. 3 London Dry Gin
10ml / 0.3oz Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon
Equipment
Martini Glass
Strainer
Jigger (spirit measure)
Method
Measure out 60ml of No.3 Gin and 10ml of Dry Vermouth.
Stir over ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
