


Summer Sour
- 50ml No.3 Gin
- 15ml Mango juice
- 10ml Lime juice
- 20ml Egg white
- 10ml Honey syrup
- 3.5ml Vanilla bitters
- Garnish pink grapefruit with mint and cherry on a skewer
Shake all ingredients over ice and in shaker, double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with grapefruit peel pinned with mint springs and a cherry.
