- 50ml No.3 Gin

- 15ml Apple juice
- 10ml Citric acid (ratio 1-100 acid to water in grams)
- 20ml Egg white
- A splash of dry sparkling wine
Shake all ingredients over ice and in shaker, double strain into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with floating camomile flowers on foam.
