A balance of simplicity and indulgence
- 50ml No.3 Gin
- 75ml Grapefruit Juice
- 4 Blackberries
- 30ml Sugar Syrup
- Garnish with a Blackberry pinned with a Lemon twist
Muddle the blackberries in to the sugar syrup. Add block ice before pouring in the gin and 50ml of the grapefruit juice. Top the glass with crushed ice. Finish with the remaining 25 ml of grapefruit juice. Garnish with a blackberry pinned with a lemon twist.
