The winning serve


  • 35 ml No.3 London Dry Gin
  • 20 ml Chablis aperitif (200ml Petit Chablis, 40ml Cloveroot syrup, 20ml Lim tincture, 10ml Damiana tincture. Mix together until fully integrated and refrigerate.)
  • 40 ml Water

Glass: Wine Glass; Garnish: Lime zest (discarded); Method: Pre-batch ingredients, bottle and refrigerate.
