Bovill
- 35 ml No.3 London Dry Gin
- 20 ml Chablis aperitif (200ml Petit Chablis, 40ml Cloveroot syrup, 20ml Lim tincture, 10ml Damiana tincture. Mix together until fully integrated and refrigerate.)
- 40 ml Water
Glass: Wine Glass; Garnish: Lime zest (discarded); Method: Pre-batch ingredients, bottle and refrigerate.

- 45ml/1.5oz No.3 London Dry Gin
- 30ml/1oz Dry Vermouth
- 7.5ml/0.3oz Maraschino liqueur
- 1 dash Absinthe
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 Lemon/cherry
