  • 35 ml No.3 Gin
  • 35 ml Clarified Orange juice
  • 2 dashes pink peppercorn tincture
  • 1.5 ml citric acid solution
  • 5 ml simple syrup (1:1.5)

Garnish with four drops of saffron oil

  • 25ml/0.8oz Lemon Juice
  • 20ml/1oz Sugar Syrup
  • 100ml/3.4oz Soda Water
  • Lemon

Shake all the ingredients except for the soda water, strain over fresh ice in a hi-ball glass and top with soda. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
