Warming and spicy.
- 35ml/1.2oz No.3 London Dry Gin
- 15ml/0.5oz King's Ginger Liqueur
- 150ml/5oz Hot Mulled Apple Juice*
- Cinnamon Stick
- Star Anise
Build in the flute. Garnish with cinnamon stick and Star Anise.
* Toast coriander seeds, star anise, cardamom pods and a cinnamon stick over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add 500ml cloudy apple juice and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.
