- 20ml/0.7oz pink grapefruit juice
- 10ml/0.35oz Lemon Juice
- 15ml/0.5oz Sugar Syrup
- 25ml/0.8oz Egg White
- Half a Passionfruit Pulp
First shake all ingredients without ice. Next, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
