- 45ml/1.4oz No.3 London Dry Gin
- 15ml/0.5oz Dry Vermouth
- 20ml/0.7oz Lemon Juice
- 10ml/0.3oz Sugar Syrup
- 25ml/0.8oz Egg White
- Raspberries
Shake all ingredients without ice first. Add ice and shake again for 20 seconds. Double strain into a chilled Coupette glass. Garnish with 3 raspberries.
