A balance of citrus and silk.
- 35ml/1.1oz No.3 London Dry Gin
- 15ml/0.7oz Elderflower cordial
- 10ml/0.3oz Lemon Juice
- 15ml/0.5oz Egg white
- Sparkling wine
Add all the ingredients except for the Sparkling Wine into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Next add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled Champagne flute and top up with Sparkling Wine. Express a lemon twist on top of the foam.
